La Comisión Nacional de Alimentos aprobó una nueva regulación sobre las grasas trans que se adecuará a los lineamientos recomendados por la Organización Mundial de la Salud y la Organización Panamericana de Salud, que promueven la reducción y eliminación mundial de grasas trans de producción industrial en el suministro de alimentos. Al respecto opinó para Télam Victoria Tiscornia, nutricionista e investigadora de la Fundación Interamericana del Corazón Argentina (FIC Argentina).
