Investigadores de la Comisión Nacional de Energía Atómica (CNEA) implementan una técnica que consiste en irradiar mosquitos machos para volverlos estériles y, de esta manera, hacer que al copular con una hembra no se reproduzcan para reducir la población de este insecto capaz de transmitir enfermedades como el dengue, zika o chikungunya.
