En 2022, las mujeres representaban el 54,3% de las personas que investigan dentro del Conicet. Pero a medida que se avanza en la carrera científica la participación femenina cae hasta llegar al 26% en la categoría de Investigador Superior. Las cifras toman relevancia en vísperas del Día Internacional de la Mujer y la Niña en la Ciencia, que se desarrolla cada 11 de febrero.
